Who we are

Aadia is made by KiruS AI, a technology company based in Tamil Nadu, India. In these terms, "we" means KiruS AI and "you" means the person or business using Aadia.

Using Aadia

You may use Aadia to run your own shop. Please do not misuse it: do not try to break it, copy it to sell as your own, sell anything illegal through it, or use it to harm others.

Your content

You own the content you add to your shop, such as products, photos and prices, and you are responsible for it being accurate and lawful. You give us permission to store and show it only so that your shop works.

No warranty

We work hard to make Aadia accurate and reliable, but it is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, error free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, KiruS AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using Aadia. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms when Aadia changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Aadia after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
